New Nails

Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueDefinitely the roughest manicure I’ve ever had. I went in for a full set, simple almond shape and one color. The nail technician was so rough one of my fingers is cut all the way around my nail bed and was bleeding for 40 minutes, I have another nail that is bleeding underneath because he filed it so hard. Granted he did apologize for making my one nail bleed but then proceeded to pack it was acrylic to try to stop the bleeding and it burned like fire and did not stop bleeding. The shape of the nails are awful and crooked and most of them are not completely covering my nature nail. He proceeded to discount his work by five dollars. It has been four days since I had my nails done and they still hurt. This is not my first manicure, but it will be my last with them. Definitely the roughest manicure I’ve ever had. I went in for a full set, simple almond shape and one color. The nail technician was so rough one of my fingers is cut all the way around my nail bed and was bleeding for 40 minutes, I have another nail that is bleeding underneath because he filed it so hard. Critical: Professionalism, ValueI got nails done for a wedding I was in and the design was horrible. It was a simple design but instead of telling me he couldn’t do nail designs, Andy did a horrible job and charged me $60 anyways. I went back because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and the shape and length of the nail itself was wonderful (I got acrylics). So after a few appointments of plain, solid colors, I had booked an appointment with another tech. He said he was going on vacation so Andy would do my nails. I go in the day of my appointment—the day I was supposed to go—and I was told by Andy my appointment was the next day. And he brushes me off, no apologies or anything else, and ignores me after telling me that. Kind of annoyed, but that’s my fault for thinking it was a one time problem. I got nails done for a wedding I was in and the design was horrible. It was a simple design but instead of telling me he couldn’t do nail designs, Andy did a horrible job and charged me $60 anyways. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityVictoria is the BEST nail technician I’ve ever had. I started going here about 2-3 years ago, don’t know how I got so lucky to find her. She’s very professional, precise & talented with her work. She’s helped me explore my options into fun designs & encapsulated nails! Definitely recommend going to her!Services: Manicure, Pedicure

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI used to go to andy last year when he first opened but he quickly became too busy and his work started to reflect that. So I started going to Nail Elegance (amazing!!! Lynn and Jason are great at what they do) but I recently heard of Vi from a couple friends and decided to giver her a shot despite the iffy reviews regarding her personality/attitude. I called yesterday and made an appt for 6 o’clock for a full set. (Mind you I spoke with Vi herself when making this appt) I get to my appt today and she tells me I didn’t say a name on the phone when making the appt (I 10000000% did, considering I spoke with her) and that she didn’t have time to do my nails. She was very rude about it and I see where people say she has an attitude. No thank you. Many other nail salons out there that do great work and have great attitudes.
