Had my nails done for the first time here today. I had a lovely blue color done in gel polish. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience, the staff were nice and friendly even though I was at a loss as to where my hands should be going. I’m definitely going to come back and experiment with new styles and colors! I recommend them for anyone looking to get a manicure in East Lyme. 🙂

I am absolutely IN LOVE with this place. As I was picking out my color I was offered a water. Everyone is so nice and pleasant! The foot massage for my pedicure was the perfect amount of pressure but gentle. I last minute changed my mind from a gel manicure to a gel Uv full set (I think that’s what it was called) and they were 100% okay with it. The back massage at the end was absolutely perfect. Most DEFINITELY will be returning.

More than a little disappointed today. Have been coming here for over a year and been happy overall. Had appointments today for 3 pedicures and a powder manicure; first they texted and asked us to come later… okay, no problem. Got there, had to wait until there were 3 chairs together, okay, no problem. Pedicures done. Sat down to have my manicure, the girl moved on to another pedicure, another girl got me started soaking off. Asked me what color I picked, told her I hadn’t been given the rings to look at colors yet. Okay…. then the owner came over after a little while to check on my soak off, used the power drill to take off more and soak again. Sat there for 40 mins while they kept doing other people!!! The other two in my party were waiting for me, they wanted to go get coffees. 40 mins, still sitting there. Told my daughter to go, I would pay. FINALLY the owner came back, asked me what color, again, told him I hadn’t been given the color choices to look through. He got me the colors, rushed through my manicure, asked if I wanted a massage and I said yes. He got up and moved to the next chair over. Waited a few more minutes while my original girl finished up what she was doing, she came back did my massage and finished up with the manicure. Left with the tissue still on my toes. Not happy!

The nail tech was so rude. I’ve gone here 3 times, and each time was worst then the previous one. My daughters nail polish came off within the first day. She didn’t even paint my whole nail, and then got frustrated and started talking badly about me in Chinese and appeared to be quite frustrated when I toId her how to correctly paint nails. She needs to learn to paint nails and be polite and professional.
