Critical: Professionalism, QualityI’ve been going to Kayla for about 4 years now. Never canceled on her last minute, always been loyal to her and her services. Even followed her from her old salon to her new small business. I’ve been nothing but supportive. My last experience, just two days ago, really opened my eyes to what kind of business owner she is and how she treats her loyal clients. I voiced my concerns to her about how much I didn’t like my hair and how I was struggling with it. My hair came out PURPLE when I asked for a reddish/brown tint. I’m still highly upset and bummed. When I voiced my concerns all she said was she was sorry to hear that I was upset and told me “best of luck”. She didn’t try and get me in to see if we can do something to fix the situation. She also kept my tip and didn’t offer ANYTHING for this jacked up mop on my head. Didn’t even care to try and make one of her loyal customers happy. Just threw me out like I was just another number. Just another tip. Kind of disgusted with how this all played out. I thought she would’ve handled this better and at least cared about making me feel better. I have never EVER left a 1 star review or any review for that matter but I feel I need to because the way this has been handled or is being handled is extremely unprofessional and eye opening. I thought we were super cool. Turns out it was just all business and once you don’t like something it’s too bad for you and figure it out yourself. No refund, no color correction, no tip refund, no discount on future services. NOTHING!!!!! I’m seriously astounded.I’ve been going to Kayla for about 4 years now. I’ve been going to Kayla for about 4 years now. Never canceled on her last minute, always been loyal to her and her services. Even followed her from her old salon to her new small business.
