Nicole is AMAZING! She made my gel tip extension nails the perfect length and thickness so they wouldn’t get in the way of typing or any workouts. Nicole’s artistry is top notch and she’s incredibly sweet to boot! This is my favorite nail salon in Montclair by far.

I asked for a green tea pedicure to try something different. All of the pedicure options included callus removal and since I don’t have calluses I asked for a longer massage instead and Oh my goodness, the products they used for a green tea pedicure made my feet hard like sand paper. I spent $60 for this awful service.

I get my pedicure done here, it’s a bit pricey. They do an overall good job with it. My feet are cleaned properly and I enjoy the hot towel and stone.

I have been a regular customer every 2 weeks for about 5 years. However, I wasn’t able to keep my regular appointment and could not make it. By the time i could come, it had been about a month since my last appointment. Once I was done and was at the desk to pay, I was told my bill was $75. It’s usually $60, which is alot already for a fill in anyway. Joy told me because I hadn’t been there for a month, the charge was $75. This was the last straw in a long list of complaints I have about this place. I’m done! Joy, please don’t call me. I’m really not interested in what you have to say.

Super expensive but very much worth it. Pedicurist can be a bit rude.On-site ATM , you’ll need it. Cash discounts and points reward system helps

This is one of my favorite nail salons. It has such a positive vibe and whenever I do gel manicures here, they stay looking fresh for a month. No chips or break offs.

My pedicure at NMNS was incredible! I didn’t upgrade to a spa version and still was very impressed, next time I’ll upgrade. Salon is large, chairs are brand new, everything is very clean. I asked for a massage from Gina while my nails were drying and WOW not a light shoulder rub will be returning for a separate massage with her. Can’t wait to go back for my nails – think I found my new spot!!!

I was there Aug 2022 for the first time in a while, with my eye on the alleged bias situation. The vibe was lukewarm at best, though I don’t have a strong sense as to why. Enough to move on. Other issues include being overpriced at this point (the pedi was just OK, no magic) and “front” staff yelling to each other a lot as if that’s not annoying.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, PunctualityThe establishment is clean, and follows covid protocols. The pedicure chairs are massaging chairs. What is nice they have shades that come between the chairs for added privacy and health safety. There is also an over abundance of nail colors to choose from which is great! They also have nail art designs you can add. The drawbacks… they are about $10 more than other places. It’s downtown Montclair so metered parking and sometimes lots and on street parking full so may need to use parking garage. Overall I would return to see if the services are consistent as that is what I look for. I don’t mind spending extra money for good quality services in a friendly environment.Services: Pedicure, Gel manicuresThe establishment is clean, and follows covid protocols. Critical: ValuePaid $68 for a ombre design gel mani. Plain and simple nail design. 10000% overpriced. Polish is far from my nail bed so one week in it already looks like I need to get my nails done again. Also very splotchy work…technician used her fingers to create the ombré effect. Went somewhere else and paid $35 for the exact same thing. Your better off going somewhere else worth your money. Also $30 for a pedi that looked horrible, missed half the sides on toes. Paid $98 total and left very disappointed.Services: Pedicure, ManicurePaid $68 for a ombre design gel mani. Plain and simple nail design. 10000% overpriced.
