So I went last week, six days ago. I got French dip with the guy at the first desk. The next day one nail had already broken so I went back to have it fixed. I’ve had a nail break every single day, 2 this morning. So I went back. The man was trying to say it’s my fault. That I must type really hard at work A lady took over, she said it’s the dip powder, that he shouldn’t have put it on with tips. She charged me “only for supplies” to redo the nails. I got French again. The white doesn’t cover where it needs to. Considering I’ve paid over 100$ in less than a week for nails, they should’ve PERFECTED my set. But she in fact slacked hard. Highly recommend going somewhere else. Between the sassing and the laziness, it’s not worth it.

Awful experience. DO NOT go to this nail shop. The nail technician rushed to do my nails because someone else was waiting for her. She cut my nails too short and it was the wrong shape. When I asked her to fix it- she told me that she wouldn’t and that i should go to someone else to finish the job. She was very rude and nasty. She didn’t take time to do my nails. She just went through the motion to finish the job and get paid for the service. I will not be going back. I also noticed that there are quite a few reviews stating the the manager was rude. She was and doesn’t seem to care to much about her customers. It was a sad and unfortunate experience. The customer service was awful. I didn’t like the way I was treated at all.

I use to bring my family here not that long ago. Came back for the first time in months. The service is absolutely terrible, my daughter showed the lady a flaw in her nails and she pretended to fix it! If you must go here make a appointment with (Missy). When you walk through the door it is obvious you are a number. Once you are in the chair now they want to upgrade on the basics. Wow! Tell me before you get started its extra, ridiculous. I paid $40 for a gel acrylic fill (which is the same price as a new acrylic set), and an additional $5 because of the color. I have never had gel polish start to chip & fade so quickly. I paid $40 for a gel acrylic fill (which is the same price as a new acrylic set), and an additional $5 because of the color. I have never had gel polish start to chip & fade so quickly. This is the second time in a matter of 4 days that I have to get nails fixed. Upon calling the 2 nd time to get a nail fixed they were not accommodating and very unprofessional on the phone , absolutely no apologies for the bad work that was done. A little niceness goes a long way. I did not get any accountability for the bad work done here, I tried to get the owner information and got no help.very rude on the phone and still no apologies…

Critical: ValueI walked in today to get my nails done and my daughters (4 years old) nails. I was asked what I wanted and I informed the receptionist what I needed for me. Then, before I could tell her that I wanted my daughter nails painted as well she advised no children allowed. Why would you ask what services i needed for myself I’d no kids allowed? I wasn’t trying to get my nails done while my daughter played around. I was going to pay for a service for both of us. How rude of her to assume! And then when i said i was getting my kids nails done too there was a sigh of relief as if they were willing to let her stay since she was going to have a service performed. Customer service is pretty bad. They seem under-staffed and don’t really care if people decide to leave. I just got a manicure today and they didn’t even massage or put lotion on my hands. First time going there. I also got gel polish.. We will see how long it’ll last. She should’ve put a third coat on it. The pregnant lady greeting everyone didn’t seem to care about people leaving and didn’t use a friendly tone or choice of words. Not the greatest place, but very cheap!!

I usually go to a different salon but due to not being able to get in with my regular nail tech before I had to be somewhere I decided to try this salon. The guy at the front that greeted me and soaked my nails off was very nice and gentle. However, once the nail tech came to do my nails she was very rough removing the gel polish and filing down my nails.There weren’t many people in this salon on an early sunday afternoon so I am not sure why she was rushing through the service. She was very nice ( one of the older ladies) but my nails ended up looking horribly sloppy and I probably won’t ever come back, if I do I would try someone else.

Shane has been doing my nails for over a year now. I absolutely enjoy the atmosphere & customer service I receive. They also have a large color selection of Gel polish and dip. I recommend you call and make an appointment in advance.
