This business needs a very big improvement on customer service. The people that work there are rude. It was weird. They act as if you owe them something. They didn’t greet me when I arrived. You have to say something to them. The old man that did my pedicure was very rude and did a terrible job. Worst pedicure ever! If I could give them negative stars, I would.

I went here today if I could give it no stars I would this place is horrible. I was there 3 hours with my sister trying to get my nails done and I never got them done I was there from 5-830 and not one of this rude people helped me. My sister wanted a simple design and they charged her 45$ for a sloppy ass job. I don’t know who these people are I didn’t even do my nails there because they work so slow, left my sister with a job halfway done to help someone else and then came back bitching about how my sisters nail design was too hard. It was only rhinestones in her nail which I have done myself many times but she wanted to get them professionally done, but these people are less than professional. I wouldn’t have mind paying what they asked for but with an excellent job. But this ladies told us to go somewhere else if we were complaining about the price which we weren’t we were truthfully wondering why it was so much when in their window it says 27$!!!!!! The lady told us she would never do my sisters nails again and she basically kept saying that she was so nervous bc we kept looking at her.if you’re a professional you need to do your work right and do what your customers want you to do. I have never been so mad in my life. Definitely never going back there. I hope you don’t give them your business either. Their work is Not worth the money and their rudeness is just not right. Plus we knew they kept talking about us in their language by the way they kept looking at us and sighs. Stupid place shouldn’t have a business if you don’t know how to take care of your customers.

I have had the WORST experience here! The nail technician was rude and mean. I got the gel manicure now usually when you get a manicure you get the whole shebang but nope they were going to charge me an extra $5 to remove my cuticles wth? that’s a part of a manicure. I think the gel they used was old because after only one day the gel was chipping on my index finger, and both middle fingers. When I went back to get it fixed it was like she had an attitude and didn’t want to fix it. Now after getting my nails repaired they once again chipping. NEVER AGAIN!! save your money.

I used to love coming to the shop and would only let one person do my pedicure. I had stopped going years ago but my regular person across the street wasn’t in so I came here (2 months ago). I had my old person do my pedi. It seemed like he was more interested in who was walking in and did a half azz job with me once more people (2-3) started coming in. This was the reason I left before. But I’ll take it as a lesson learned and continue to keep my money across the street.

This place goes down in history as one of the worst nail care stores I’ve ever been. My technician was a elderly man (probably in his upper 60’s) who didn’t do anything but glazed over my feet. I took a video of the end result and unfortunately I haven’t found a way way to promote it but TRUST ME! Do not waste your time and money. I think women may get better treatment simply because it’s more expected for them to get they’re nails done, but it’s cool. I will never go here again and I hope that anyone who reads this takes heed. I wouldn’t even give them one star if I had the option!

I am very disappointed , as a loyal customer for over 3 years I only let Kim do my nails . I came in today with my daughter So she can get a pedicure and was completely disrespected and talked to like I was a child . I will never recommend or ever come to this salon ever again. I kept telling her I wanted my daughters toes done and she told me no no she doesn’t have right shoes on and that my daughter has to sit over there away from me and made my 3 year old daughter cry . She’s lucky I had my daughter so I couldn’t knock her two front teeth tf out. Kim has always been nasty to people but this was the first she was nasty to me . Never again will I give my money to her family .

I went in to get 1 nail fixed. I knew that it was going to be busy for mothers day. So I was going to wait. The woman started screaming saying they have a 2 hr wait and they all have appointments after. Again i was willing to wait. I told her that i called the store before coming. She then screamed saying that wasn’t the right number. I asked her to calm down but with a salon fill of people she counties to get louder. I AM GOING TO REPORT THEM TO THE BOARD FOR NOT ONLY THEIR STATIONS, BUT FOR THINGS NOT BEING UP TO CODE.

They used to be better…the older man needs to stop servicing customers he has lost it…may have never had it. He doesn’t listen and doesn’t care. Had to get my gell fill redone two days later…argh! Daughter’s pedi was awful, look like my 2-year old painted her toes…can’t go back! This was all within one week!

Worst pedicure ever the guy who did it did not push my cuticle back also did not cut my cuticle properly and rush me through. He did the whole pedicure in 20 minutes because they were more customer waiting. They are also very mean people. They are also very mean people . I would not recommend this place and I would never come back

DO NOT GO HERE!! An older man very sloppy work I came in and asked about gel nail polish they were very rude and pushy they did not give me what I wanted. I came in for color change on my toenails. the guy got upset when I pulled out my Visa card he asked did I have cash. I had to have him go over my nails again the Polish was bleeding through he didn’t even put clear on top very unhappy customer I will not return and I will not recommend anyone to come here!!!
