Worst gel manicure I’ve ever had. The guy cut my finger to start. The polish is super spotty, like transparent/sheer in some areas and glopped on in others. Place is also super expensive. Not sure how a hell manicure cost $45 and it looked this bad. The guy who did it was also very clueless. To remove the powder gel I had on he put the cotton ball on my nail then poured acetone over it and wrapped the finger. Completely backwards. I was the only and last one in there and when I left it was dark out and raining or I would’ve went back in and asked they remove it and a refund. Complete waste of money and time. Should’ve took no one being there on a Thursday night and the fact they had 15-20 colors total for gel polish as a sign to leave

I believe I saw Cecelia (not 100% sure that’s her name) but her chair was the last one on the left. She really took her time & my nails look flawless. I went for my first time yesterday and I’m in love with my gel manicure. I believe I saw Cecelia (not 100% sure that’s her name) but her chair was the last one on the left. She really took her time & my nails look flawless. I haven’t been this happy with my nails in a while! I stopped going to my last salon because I always felt rushed and my nails reflected that.

Called to make sure they did nail designs as pictured. Man said yes. I believe he is owner. Went in for gel fill in and design. He was clueless. Told me the pics were from a different Medford Nail place ? He tried. Horrible job. Not only on the designs but my nails were not polished well and undersides gloppy. Been getting nails done 10 years at numerous places. Worst job. Go elsewhere

I believe in providing reviews on services and quality of a business when I’m spending my money. Not just venting because I didn’t get my way. And when to do or for both good and bad experiences. This salon I would give zero stars if that were an option. I went here on my lunch break and it was a waste of my time and $20. I only needed a fill in but unfortunately I chose the wrong salon. Just to get to the point, the lady who did my nails, second station, doesn’t have s clue as to what she’s doing from how she had my nails looking. Too cheap with the acrylic, doesn’t shape them properly or at all, and doesn’t pull off the part of the acrylic which is lifting. She literally files over the nails, quickly runs the file across the tip of the nail but not doing any real shaping. She puts 3 or 4 different chemicals on your nail before applying acrylic, If you want a basic manicure or pedicure then go here. But if you want a real polished and professional look then don’t bother wasting your time. I have every intention on removing my nails and having them redone. She messed them up so much that there is no salvaging them unfortunately. I truly could do my own fill ins but wasn’t able to find the time right before the upcoming holiday so I figured I’d get it out of the way on my lunch break. Now that trip will cost me more than $20. I will need an entirely new set which I will do again with the salon who put them on to begin with. No more lunch break nail trips to “New Medford Nails.” Seriously save your money unless you just like basic disasters.
