My lower back and shoulder were hurting me. I was in the area and decided to try New Massage in North Aurora. The lady (I forgot her name) did a very good job. It was totally worth it. She knew what she was doing. I feel 1000 times better. I’m so glad I went. I’ll definitely see them again. If your back is hurting or you just want to treat yourself- give them a shot. Highly recommend!

Staff is very professional and the spa is clean and relaxing. Suffer from chronic lower back pain, and find relief from the deep tissue therapeutic massage that is provided. The staff does an exceptional job, targeting the pain, and keeps me moving.

Do not go here! Most painful massage I have ever gotten. Received severe bruising on my back. The pain after the massage increased as the day progressed so much so I could not sit in a chair or lay down. Any pressure on my back hurt. If felt like I was beaten up. I went back the next day and explained how much pain I was in. The manager was understanding and apologetic. I was given a full refund.

The ladies walk out to talk to each other loudly. The worst part of it all, she grabbed my dads arm to ask for more tip than the amount we originally gave. Amazing Massages! I have been a regular customer for years and both the deep tissue and relaxing massages are great. All of the massage therapists are excellent and its really nice to have a massage that lasts the full 60 or 90 minutes instead of being short-changed. I highly recommend New Massage!
