When we got there, my appointment was cancelled with no notice because they “thought” I wasn’t coming. It made no sense. They gave my appointment to someone else. I was still given a massage, but didn’t know it would be by the receptionist. Initially it started out ok, but became progressively worse. First, I had to tell her several times to adjust the pressure less because she was hurting my neck. Then, her phone kept dinging with text messages, which made it hard to relax. The music was jazz and not at all relaxing. It went downhill from there. Constant interruptions from customers walking in and two phone calls which she took during my massage!!! She actually left my massage on several occasions to deal with other customers coming in. It was so incredibly unprofessional. The massage itself was mediocre at best. I asked for a foot (reflexology) and body massage. She was supposed to massage my head and instead it felt like someone was trying to wash shampoo out of my hair. She was rushing through the 1.5 hour massage because of interruptions on her part and did not make up the missed time on my massage. Since this was a surprise birthday gift for me, I felt really bad when my friend asked how it went. I had to be honest so they don’t go back there. Don’t be fooled by all the five stars. Take a look at the people giving them prior to me. They’ve only done one review, so are these even real reviews? I would give this place zero stars if possible. Save your time and money. Don’t come here!

I like Lisa’s sincere massage style. She is familiar with acu spots and doesn’t waste time, unlike some massage technicians aimlessly rub customer’s back. Also she has quite strong hands and uses her body weight effectively. Definitely you would feel better after massage.
