Terrible and trash. I literally left in Tears today right before my birthday. They ruined my nails, refused to fix them, the man doing them did not listen at all literally I was telling him how I wanted them and he just ignore me. He even cut me while doing them! Wasted $40 for nothing. Horrible quality first time here and horrible quality and service. How do you cut someone make them bleed and allow your customer to leave in tears and do not even listen to them while they are getting their service you just ignored them straight up. Did not even do my pedicure because I hated the manicure was and how I was treated. You cut me while doing the manicure and did not even say anything. Everything I said literally and you heard me and still did not say anything. Terrible service. Do not listen to the 4-5 Star rating they are very terrible. Never had this happen before at any experience was a waste spending money here. They did not care to listen to me I did not raise my voice or anything they just ignored me as I spoke did not even try or anything. Very rude service everything about it was horrible. Trash service.

Got my nails done a week before and they were so thick looking like I had gums for nails. My sister took me to New Lucky for the first time and I was so please with the service. I needed something short and simple for work, I got exactly that. My nails looks so beautiful I can’t stop staring. I will definitely go back.

Very nice and accommodating. They do a great job with nails feet, and brows. I have microblading and the owner knows how to wax your eyebrows accurately.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityWorkers are absolutely terrible. I got my nails done at this place and went to take them off this morning. They take the nails off with a metro card but that wasn’t the problem. The problem was that they kept pushing the card in my nail and when it started to hurt I pulled away to let them know it was hurting. After doing this and telling them multiple times that it hurts they still did the same thing till they ripped my nail and it started bleeding. Workers are absolutely terrible. I got my nails done at this place and went to take them off this morning. They take the nails off with a metro card but that wasn’t the problem. This is the worst nail salon. Went there and got my nails done and within couple hours one nail came off. The eldest Chinese man that works there has a nasty attitude, while drying my nails one nail got smudge and he got upset and start pulling my fingers aggressively and speaking In there Chinese language. The work he did was very messy. I do not advice anyone to go there because you will be wasting your money.

Horrible customer services . The girl with the blonde hair that works there she is very nasty with customers ,if you don’t buy the extra pedicure treatment she gives you attitude , she did my nails and she cut me on my fingers and toes, I was in pain for days , I ended up going to see a doctor because I had an infection . Very poor care and sanitize this place . Be aware!!
