This is my go to place and i usually love getting my nails done here but my recent experience has been so upsetting, i think it’s because they have new people there. the lady made me bleed on my whole right hand and i believe she realized that she messed up so she didn’t use the ‘drill’ as much on my left hand. I wish i said something because this isn’t my first time this has happened. (Pictured is my nails 2 days after getting them done, still healing and in so much pain).

They have new workers here that have noooo business doing powder manicure! If you still come, be ready to yell out “OW! THAT HURT ME!” because they will drill your whole cuticle off along with all skin around the cuticle. I am not a person to sit and take pain and torture and its been almost 3-4 times that the owner has to step in and finish – to replace the worker who is slicing me up. I have no trust and no good expectations from any new worker. The Hispanic ladies that do the pedicures are amazing and will be very thorough and if you have a concern, voice it out and they will do the extra care- Maria is great! The powder again- the only faith I have for is the owner.

They were a decent place until everyone left, and they got new workers. Paid for a pedicure and they didn’t even want me to stay long enough for them to dry. One worker checked my toes and said they felt dry and told me to leave. Come home and polish is all smudged Pedicure

I’ve been here two times after being referred by a friend. I have had two awesome experiences here. I get the dip which looks so much like gel polish. It’s done extremely well. I’ve also had the pleasure of two very relaxing pedicures. I would definitely encourage people to try this establishment!!

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star but I have to put it because there is no option to put zero stars. The male manager is extremely rude and disrespectful and has no conception of how to treat customers. I came around 6:20 pm and asked for just a regular manicure and he said yes. Then after sitting in the chair, he saw that I had powder gel on from my previous manicure and refused to do it after already starting on them claiming that they close at 7 pm when there was 40 minutes until closing. They ruined my nails even more by removing the powder gel polish layer. I left right after and he came outside twice and harassed me while I was waiting for my parents to come get me because he didn’t want me to make a review. I will not be going to this place again and will tell all my family and friends not to go here anymore.
