The ladies here are very friendly. They actually listen to what you want, and they do everything they can to achieve the look your wanting. Even though there was a language barrier between myself and the stylist, she understood what I wanted and was successful in giving me an awesome haircut! This will now be my go to salon. First time going to New Looks Salon was last Sunday. I took my son to get his hair cut. We did not have an appointment so we did have to wait about 45 minutes but the weight wasn’t bad she did a great job on his hair And the people were friendly and the place was clean. Let me tell you! This place and these ladies are amazing. Took my daughter and I as walk ins; after the appointment I set two week ago at a different salon was completely forgotten about. They did a beautiful job with my cut, and my daughter has never been happier with her color job before. Super friendly. Super efficient. Super pleased. Definitely will be coming back. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI hesitantly tried a different hair salon and stylist today. I tried Roxana at New Looks Salon. The reason I say “hesitantly” is because I have been with my other hair stylist for over 30 years. Sadly, she has been ghosting me and not giving me an update on when she will be back in business. She knows my hair, and I am picky about who does my hair. I am ssssoooo pleased with my cut from Roxana!!! I have my four (4) week appointment already on the books for my trim. I am going back this Friday for a perm with Patty. Roxana’s prices are a few dollars more than my other stylist, which means they are very reasonable; even for a perm. I never give reviews, so for me to do this review tells you how much I am well pleased with my cut. Not just the cut, but the way I felt welcomed, and listened to when discussing the style I wanted. Sadly, she has been ghosting me and not giving me an update on when she will be back in business. She knows my hair, and I am picky about who does my hair.
