Critical: QualityThe owner rushed my hair in order to get my sister and I out by closing time. She left the “deep conditioning” in for less than 5 minutes, and when blow drying my hair she didn’t use any heat protection after I repeatedly asked her to. Half way through I had to stop because of how dead & dry my hair was looking. My sister wasn’t satisfied with how her hair came out either, they were rough when taking out her knots and left her roots still curly. The owner rushed my hair in order to get my sister and I out by closing time. She left the “deep conditioning” in for less than 5 minutes, and when blow drying my hair she didn’t use any heat protection after I repeatedly asked her to. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueI have been going to new look for a minute at this point and every time I go I get less satisfied I went to new look to get my hair colored it was nothing extra just died tips it was purple the color good quality, after I couldn’t even see the dye she proceeds to tell me it’s not her fault and I brought her poor quality stuff after she told me it was my fault and charged me 100+ dollars I understand the price what I was unhappy about was that she charged me 100+ with out even seeing the color ..that was not the last time I walked out unsatisfied I made an appointment for 5 pm the lady told me there was going to be nobody there I came at 5 pm exactly and waited because there were 4 people waiting to getting there hair done 3 walk ins and it was 5:30 when I asked her what time she was going to be able to take me because i had made an appointment she starts talking to me with an attitude and goes well I don’t know who you spoke to and laughes in my face I very clearly upset told her that I made an appointment and have been waiting 30 mins someone else came and told me she will be with me in a few mins I sat down it is now 6:30 and iv been sitting here for almost 2 hour it’s also extremely un sanitary it is absolutely disgusting the bathroom is unbelievably dirty and I found food and ants on the side of the couch … I’m extremely upset and unsatisfied I can not believe I’m waiting hour+ to get my hair done with an appointment the un professionalism is real here I’m debating on walking out this will most likely be the last time I waist my money here.
