Went to get a usual eyebrow cleanup and oh my goodness never again there is another lady besides the owner and she does NOT know what she is doing. She left one of my eyebrows super thin and took off a chunk on bottom that is not fixable not even with any type of eyebrow filler. The owner assured me she was good and ended up leaving me worse than when I pluck them myself. I should have just stocked to waxing

I have been to the Hanford location and it was always a great experience. I now go to the lemoore location because it’s much closer and each visit is always wonderful! The lady who does my brows is so sweet, friendly, and does amazing threading. 10/10 this is my go to place that offers high quality threading and high quality customer service.

Critical: QualityThe one time I went here my eyebrows did not look like they had been done at all. With the amount of pain I was feeling I thought I would notice that my eyebrows had been threaded however they had no shape they barely looked trimmed and too much was taken off. I went once and never went back.

Critical: Quality, ValueI’ve been to this place like 4 or 5 times & each time my eyebrows didn’t even look like they were done. This last time one of the ladies (not the owner) completely cut all the hair off the end of my right eyebrow & kept the left one long. I’m gonna be filling in my brow for at least a month. She didn’t even try to make them symmetrical.
