Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went to get my bolayage done and it did not come out as expected. This was my first time to the salon. Not even close to the pictures I showed. The color was horrible and the technique wasn’t correct either. I wanted more color on the top but instead it’s only at the ends. I washed it and it looked ORANGE! (Toner faded super fast) Definitely not what I was looking for since I got charged a pretty expensive amount. I went back to see if she could fix it and rudly she said no. It is what it is I can’t do anything else. Not professional. I would not recommend. My hair dresser was Sylwia. Also they are not taking COVID disinfecting/masks serious.
