Let me start with, Everyone will have their own experiences. I am not a person to leave a bad review ever! However, this warrants some attention. I never sat down and spoke with a licensed professional. The front desk lady (the only person we saw the entire time) shamed my husband for not making progress on the first appointment. Losing weight is a struggle. Mentally and physically. Not to mention, she herself was probably 300lbs. It was awful and we never went back. What they did not make clear, was that they will continue charges for $200 a month. They don’t care if you show up. Front desk lady says I. Her fat shame voice, “it’s a binding contact”. That’s unfortunate to be that person in a business that should want to help build strength in one another. Well hopefully that $200 goes towards building that into their business.

I’m not really one to write poor reviews but this place was such a waste of money. I participated in their weight loss program and never actually MET the doctor, she didn’t even greet me if we passed in the hallway. It was weird. Her staff were nice but the appointments were really short and felt hurried.

I’ve been wanting to get my lips done for years and I finally mustered up the courage to go for a consultation. Dr. Key was so reassuring and thorough in her knowledge. I decided I definitely wanted to get my lips done and she started with a filler. Unfortunately, due to my anxiety around needles I nearly fainted. This happened two more times in my attempt to get my lips done. Dr. Key was so kind and patient. She reached out to me on multiple occasions reassuring me we’d find a way to get my dream lips done.
