The results were completely different from I asked for. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and explained it, and the color they gave me wasn’t even close. I wanted a bright blonde but I got a dull GREY color. They didn’t even wash my hair properly as there was residue in my scalp. The hair stylist just rushed through my appointment so she could reach her next customer not even drying my hair properly (it was still a wet in the back of my head). I told her I didn’t like what she did to my hair because it was completely different to what I asked for and she just said it was going to get better after washing it, not offering any solution. On top of that all the service was very overpriced, and was completely subpar. I am completely let down, do not come here.

Over priced and inexperienced. They ruined my daughter’s hair and refuse to take responsibility. My daughter ended up in the ER with a rash from the products used and they refuse to tell me what they used so I can make sure she doesn’t come in contact with them again. My daughter’s perm didn’t even last 12hrs and they are refusing to take accountability, make it right, or even offer any type of refund. The “manager” is very rude and condescending and the “lead stylist” who looked at 1 picture of daughter’s hair 4 minutes after the rollers were out stated everything was done right. How does she even know if she wasn’t there?!!? The place is a joke and very unprofessional!

Clearly I’m not the first unsatisfied person with the entire experience. I’ve been completely disregarded by both stylist and manager and I will agree with the other reviewers that you are very condescending here lol. Wouldn’t recommend. My haircut was horrible and choppy and BLINDLY cut.

This is the by far the best kept secret of Norwalk, Ohio. The prices are far more reasonable than any shop around and the quality is by far at its extreme best. I always, have people ask me where I have my hair done. I love listening to their funny stories of the day as well. These girls are so sweet,ask for Ali!

Great salon! Very friendly people. The place is super clean and offer lots of services! They are a lot higher than most salons. A hair cut alone is $27 bucks. I can get A haircut elsewhere for under $15… but they do an amazing job. When I want to splurge.. I go there!
