Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have been coming here for 5+ years!! The owner Shahida and all the workers are really nice and professional. They keep the place very clean in general but more so during this pandemic. They are very vigilant about cleaning the chair each time a new customer sits and they sanitize their hands and or wash after every customer. Also, in reference to the negative comment that someone wrote below, I want to make people aware that i was present when this person had come for eyebrows. I have been coming here for 5+ years!! The owner Shahida and all the workers are really nice and professional. They keep the place very clean in general but more so during this pandemic. They are very vigilant about cleaning the chair each time a new customer sits and they sanitize their hands and or wash after every customer. After a day I started noticing that I still had pain and then noticed that she literally hurt me with the thread and I have a scar. Also they are not clean and the owner is very unprofessional. I do not understand these good reviews.

Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI’ve been coming to this place for a while now. I like how the girls do my eyebrows but from now on , I’m never coming here again. I called for an appointment and the girl told me to come in, in 15 min and i said ok I’m on my way but I got there 10min late bc of traffic and the owner gave me a really nasty attitude. She made me feel really bad . She asked me at what time was my appointment I said they didn’t give me an exact time to come in , and she said they couldn’t take me. Then she said to wait 10 minutes and I said ok!! But she was speaking in her language to the other girl and looking at me. It made me feel uncomfortable, so I said I’m leaving , I’m going somewhere else instead. And she told me to not come back to her place again!! Of course I’m not coming back ever again!! About a month ago in the midst of quarantine & all that was going on in NY, Shahida specially took out half her day to work on my hair, came all suited up and made sure everything was extra clean due to the circumstances.She didn’t let me leave until I was fully satisfied with the color. I live in Chicago now and was just visiting. I don’t trust many people with my hair or eyebrows, but Shahida does a great job. She truly loves what she does and it shows in her work.I highly recommend her for all your beauty needs, she will not disappoint! I love the girl sinchan she is so wonderful and very neat work. you can trust her with my close eyes she is one of the most perfect person i have know who knows how to satisfy a customer keep it guys !
