Love this place! I was always hesitant to start laser hair removal because I have very sensitive skin. Turns out, there was nothing to be worried about! Not using razors anymore has really helped my skin and I feel 100% better about not having to shave every time I want to show my legs. Laura is great! She answered all my questions and talked to me the whole time to help ease my nerves. It only took a few minutes for me to feel at ease with her and the session was done before I knew it. I’ve recommended to all my friends and will recommend to you as well.

Nice clean place however hidden, the GPS will direct you to the back of the building which you cannot enter. So be careful since they do charge a late fee^^. I get my laser hair removal treatment (Groupon) there so the appointment is very short, fast and the ladies are very nice.

Went in on my day off for a free laser hair removal consultation. Before going in I asked over the phone if there was ANYTHING that would exclude me from being a candidate for the procedure. The answere was NO. When I get there they say they cannot do the laser treatment on tattoos. So there IS something that excludes me from being a candidate for laser hair removal! That would have been great information easily given over the phone like I had asked before I drove through rush hour traffic on my day off. The lady that saw me at the office was the SAME person that I talked to on the phone. All she said was “wish I would have known about your tattoos”. Very unprofessional. What did I get for my troubles? A long, slow drive back home during H-town rush hour traffic!

Tien @ Newlook was freaking amazing !! Literally the sweetest person I’ve ever met in my entire life !! I’m African American, and sometimes I am a little insecure about my down there area, but she didn’t discriminate and she just made me feel so welcome !! Honest to God literally everything was painless and she talked me through it. I honestly forgot she was zapping me with the laser . Thank you Tien, take all my money please lol!!
