I had symptoms of Covid after traveling to West Coast and had to cancel my appointment with a new therapist I had never met. They insisted I come in even with Covid or pay a $50 fee. I was to sick to make it but more disgusted that they don’t care about people’s health. Also I had seen Lauren for 2.5 years WEEKLY for 90 min massage. Gave her over $15,000 according to receipts. I went away and during my vacation I get a call from a Manager saying Lauren no longer works as a Massage Therapist unless ur pregnant. They set me up with another therapist which I asked questions about but the Manager couldn’t tell me what type of massage the woman knew. Just that she cleans the office on weekends. I’m more upset that Lauren couldn’t be professional enough to call me herself and explain. I thought the therapists only rented space here. Truly hurt by this. Very unprofessional.

She’s very knowledgeable and caring. She takes time to listen to your concerns and educate you on the service she is providing. We called and were told we had an appointment for a different time than what was emailed to me and my husband’s appointment could not be found at all.
