Greedy and pushy . Constantly asking for upgrades such as adding another masseuse, buying additional time,etc and when you refuse they develop an attitude doing their work unwillingly. Massage quality is very subpar.I won’t recommend them.

I live here locally and have tried about every massage joint in Woodland Hills twice. New Life is just head and shoulders above most of the rest. Eva , the manager, is charming, thoughtful, and just one of the warmest and most genuine people you will meet out here in Los Angeles where you never know what you’re gonna get with people. She did a phenomenal job with my deep tissue massage and was extra attentive to my specific needs by asking me questions about what I had been doing and what was hurting. I just can’t say enough about the experience here. Love love love New Life Massage.

The massage was not great, just OK. But whatever, not a big deal. That said, the owner is super greedy and rude. Argued with me over my 18% tip (which should never happen anyway) and charged $2 for running my Visa. $2 also not a big deal but the whole interaction with the owner made the experience less than pleasant. Won’t be back, they’re tons of other places that would treat you like royalty and appreciate your business. Her loss!
