Positive: ProfessionalismCynthia did a wonderful deep pressure scalp massage for me. She used a mixture of coconut oil and other oils which are excellent for the health of the hair and scalp. The actual massage time was 45 minutes and included a neck and shoulder massage. At the end she wrapped my head in a warm towel and I relaxed on my own for 15 minutes. The total appointment time was 1 hour. Upon completion, she offered me the perfect cloth head covering. I left the oil in overnight and washed it the next day.
