Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy first time going to this salon for eyelash extensions. Yelena applied lashes that were not only poor quality but had to be removed due to scratching my eye. I asked her to fix them but she canceled my appointment and refused to refund me for my service, not to mention, she overcharged at a rate of 175 for unprofessional service and poor application. I had to have another salon remove them within 1 day I was in so much pain!
