DO NOT COME HERE!!!! I went in two hours and a half before they close and the door was open but the service was denied. I greeted the lady there (It was only she and the customer she was with present.) I let her know I would like a basic manicure and she said that there was no one there to do it. Then I asked if she could do it and she said she was working on the current customer’s nails and after that she was going home. I thanked her anyways—Taking my business elsewhere. Along with the many other troublesome experiences here, today marks my last day due to lack of welcome and professionalism.

This place is DEPLORABLE. We should have known when there were ZERO customers on a FRIDAY @ 4 PM to RUN THE OTHER WAY. The most unsanitary and low quality services EVER. I got a “Spa Gel Pedicure” that was a joke … $85, no callus treatment until I practically forced her, no massage, burnt my leg with the hot rocks, uneven toenails, she put FIVE coats of white on because the polish was old and blotchy. I asked her to fix it SEVERAL TIMES, eventually I gave up. I literally dried my legs off and went to check on my mom who was visibly upset. She got a full set. When taking off her old nails they soaked her nails in acetone, AND THEN POURED IT BACK INTO THE BOTTLE!!! It’s honestly sickening! Her tech was extremely rough and her nails are uneven and look like she needs a fill in already. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED THEY NEED TO BE CLOSED DOWN.

I have never heard them say sorry too full come back.ALWAYS ASK FOR THE TOTAL BEFORE YOU GET ANY WORK DONE. THEY ARE NOT ALWAYS HONEST. They definitely overcharge. They say they forgot to update the charge/prices board.They are not sanitary at all. If I could give these people negative stars, I would. I went there today for a pedicure and a fill in and there was stuff floating around in the bowl so I made the lady scrub the bowl and put more water in. Then she went to use the purple foot scrubber on my feet and it was wet… that is disgusting. Those are not supposed to be reused and anything that IS reused, should be sterilized. This was my first and last time going there and the owner tried to make me pay half but when I said I wasn’t going to and that I would call the police myself, he told me to just leave. So I will be reporting them.

I USED to be a regular at this nail shop and tolerated the lack of colors for the convenience but had a TERRIBLE experience the last time I went and will be the last time I will ever go. Firstly I went and the two men in there started arguing back and forth on who was going to do my nails in their language. It made me feel very uncomfortable and I was confused as to what the problem was since I was a regular (and always tipped) after about 3 minutes of going back and forth one of the men rudely told me to sit down at his station. He was VERY rough with my nails as he acted like he didn’t want to do them. He CUT me. Sliced my finger while filing too hard I was literally bleeding and he went on as if nothing happened. I have been going to this salon for months now for my eyebrows lip and chin waxed. (No shame!) I go there today and when I got home my face was red and had scratches on it. My face was VERY irritated and red. I went back to show them and requested to come back in a day or two and get it done correctly. The lady told me No! I didn’t want to get it done at that time because my face was irritated. Which they could clearly see. I sincerely asked her to just let me come back because my face was already irritated. She said no! So I just left. Because of that I will NEVER go back there. Mind you I still had hair on my lip and chin. Very Poor customer service. And the lady tried to charge me $25 when they usually charge $18-$20 don’t go here!!!!

First thing I said when I sat down was that I wanted coffin shaped nails and he proceeded to do square nails. Then we he tried to do the coffin shape after applying the acrylic he literally had all my nails different sizes and crooked…. so I told him to fix it. So he left and I went to another guy and all I can say is bandaid… the man hurt/cut me wit electric buffer thing multiple times. At tht point I’m just ready to leave. I will just stick to my usual spot in capitol heights, Tina Nails… they have never disappointed me!!!!

This place gets worse and worse. First off they are rude and unfriendly to clients. You request shape and size of nails they give you whatever they want. Had coffin shaped got new set gave me square BIG NAILS. Then I always tip 20% on 3/31/2018 I tipper 10% as I was not happy with nails or service. Poked twice under nail with cuticle tool and cut!! Then I check my ccard statement they took extra money from my card to make tip 20% !! Theft I have my receipt. Called owner and he stated will look into and return money on 4/5/2018. But a headache my nails lool like Halle Berry from from movie BAPS!! GHETTO AD!
