Literally cut my hair straight across in one big cut and didn’t even anything out. I didn’t originally think it was too bad, but wasn’t really happy with the finished look. It just looked messy. I tried to have her frame my face a little and it looked slightly better. However, upon further inspection, it was technically a mess. I immediately went somewhere else, where the flaws were clearly noted. There was even a super short piece in the back. After going somewhere else, paying double than needed, my hair looks cute. No thanks to this place. I am very low maintenance and definitely don’t normally leave bad reviews. No technical skills or simply lack of caring, not sure, but please don’t get your hair cut here.

I had my hair cut here yesterday for the first time and the only person working there said she was the owner. I Asked that my hair be layered evenly from front to back, she cut my bangs so short 1/2” above my eyebrows, they are all jagged, not layered at all and uneven, she chopped the back of my hair with thinning scissors. she never once used regular scissors to layer my hair all she did was thin it and make one big stair step in the back of my hair. I would not recommend this place and I will never go back. My hair looked worse when I left than it did when I showed up. Now I have to grow my hair out for months before someone else can fix it. Very very disappointed and angry!!!

Bad experience. Washing your hair prior to cutting it, or in this case, chopping it, is not standard with this place. She did not listen to the style I wanted, she acted like she did, proceeded to cut away, Oh, and they do not take credit cards, and do not mention that when you call to set an appt. While blow drying my hair, I asked, dont you have a round brush?, she said yes but I dont like it, Well maybe that is what your customer likes, to have it styled. Not sure how this place is even staying open, I will never return.
