Myself, my mom, my 11 year old niece and my 4 year old daughter all came in as walk ins and we were greeted and seated immediately. The tech that did my daughter’s nails was so sweet with her and did such a good job! All of the techs that worked on us did a great job and were very friendly!

Came in at 230 for a pedicure and a dip manicure on my natural nails. They did my pedicure and soaked the dip off my nails. When they finished my pedicure TWO HOURS LATER, they asked me to go to their other salon in Varina to get my nails done and I am absolutely not leaving here until they provide the service i asked for when i came in. So here I sit, waiting for them to finish someone that walked in just before they finished my pedicure so I don’t have to go to another salon. The way these people treat paying customers is absolutely unacceptable. Like why remove my dip if you don’t have time to do my nails? I really had high hopes when I walked in and saw a different staff from a year ago when I tried them before. It’s a shame one of the only salons in this town provides such low quality. I doubt I’ll be back.

These people are terrible at their job. Not only did they not perform the service, they still wanted payment. My daughter has been there 3 times with the same result, and is infuriating to see her upset over this, she’s only 15 years old. Then, they have the nerve to threaten and use scare tactics to ensure payment for a service they didn’t provide to a young customer. Do not recommend using this place for anything. I am glad you responded so quickly, you should fire all your employees for being a sub par business to provide a service. We will gladly take our business elsewhere…

I’ve been going here for a over year and have had good and bad quality. Today I went to get my nails done for my birthday and was sadly surprised by what I received. I’ve included what I wanted and what I got in this review. To be frank I am embraced to have these poorly shaped nails and will be getting them fixed somewhere else. Initially I wasn’t happy with the quality manicure I got. I came in on Monday (8/29) to get a fill in. I was a walk in and they did look busy, I am perfectly happy to wait until they had space or if need be can make an appointment to come back, but there was a gentleman available who could do my fill in. The gentleman who initially did the service was very fast. He probably had me done in under an hour. Which isn’t a bad thing, but the next day, Tuesday (8/30), I noticed on my right index finger my polish was peeling off. Like I could pull it up like a sheet of paper. I also noticed it on my right thumb. I love getting my nails done and admire the artistry that goes into doing acrylic nails. So to see the pretty work they did coming off had me mildly upset. I called the salon and asked if I could get the two nails redone. The woman I spoke to, I think her name was Sam?, was very polite and when I came in she redid the two nails. She also went ahead and redid the whole polish on both my hands, which was above anything I had expected. I really only expected the two peeling nails to be fixed and be on my way, but I am much happier with the way my nails look now. To anyone looking to try this place, I say give them a chance. I’ve been coming to this location for 2-ish years and they are good. Just maybe speak up if you aren’t happy and they will rectify it. I will keep coming here as I like the location and the staff. To the gentleman who did my nails, maybe slow down a bit? It’s a suggestion and I’m just a customer leaving a review so take what you will with a grain of salt.

The worst pedicure of my entire life. Cuticle clippers were used to chop off huge chunks from the sides of my big toes. I asked for someone different to do my nails as to not have a repeat terrible experience which was fine.
