I went in for a fill but I needed one acrylic replaced. The one nail they put on was crooked and wasn’t fixed even after I asked. A few of my nails were bleeding by the end and the polish didn’t have clean edges on many sides on bottoms. I had to ask for bubbles or lines to be fixed. Aside from these issues, the staff was nice and the service was timely, however, I am not impressed with how my nails turned out for a $36 fill.

I love Sandra who does phenomenal on my feet. She is out for a month and I had someone else. I didn’t care for how my dip polish was done. It was going ok until she put the gel polish top coat on them. I have been getting a dip for a while and I know with dip they have a special top coat for them. It makes taking off easier. None of the drilling the top layer off. You just file off the top layer and soak and it wipes right off. Which is why I love the dip none of that abrasiveness to get it off. I guess this tech chose a quick route. New Joy Nails for me is a hit and miss Depending who you get it can be a great experience or not.

It took me forever to find a new salon when I moved here. I went to at least 10 before I found this gem! I see Heather, but MI and Anna are great too. I mentioned to Heather today that my feet hurt from work, and she picked the perfect soak and lotion for my tired soles! I have an event this weekend and I showed the girls a Pic of my dress and they picked the perfect polish. Service is consistently wonderful, for the last 3 years!

My daughter asked for regular polish I left and got drinks from next door came back her nails were done with shellac no manicure and they charged me 25 the guy that did my nails as hitting my hands

May was very nice, I’m a diabetic and she took extra care with my mani and pedi…the salon is very clean and quiet! My only complaint was that the older short lady with glasses had her nose uncovered the entire time I was there and the two women she was working on allowed it…I stayed my distance from her. I didn’t really like the French polish job on my feet and nails but I am going to give it another try with a color next time.

The owner Mai is a very sweet and kind lady. She is very flexible with how you want your nails to look and wants to ensure you leave happy. I love how all the salon’s colors are displayed on a wall instead of metal rings like most other salons; it helps me to pick out my color quicker when I can see a display of ALL the shades at the same time! The inside looks very nice, clean, updated/new, well-organized, and serene. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
