Absolutely poor communication, cancelled on my daughter twice last minute. Second attempt we even reached out prior to confirm, she said she didnt have our number. Will be using Belulla in Glen Rock instead as they are more reputable and have been cutting my daughters hair for years. Had I known they offered this service, as opposed to using Luna via word of mouth, I would have never even contacted Luna and avoided this nightmare.
