Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI promised myself to only write honest reviews. The service here is horrible. I had acrylic done and the quality of the procedure and the products were extremely poor and cheap. I disliked how the nails turned out. The nail technician had no experience. The polish used was cheap even when I made sure I completely dried it. My nails started to lift on the third day. I promised myself to only write honest reviews. The service here is horrible. I had acrylic done and the quality of the procedure and the products were extremely poor and cheap. I disliked how the nails turned out. The nail technician had no experience. The polish used was cheap even when I made sure I completely dried it. My nails started to lift on the third day. It’s a shame how their service is horrible because it’s a low-income community.

Been here a few times to get my nais done. All of the time i must say my nails were done really good. This young asian girl did them. She is pretty good and seems really nice. However, jesus christ the wait time is crazy. Holy cow. Every time i go its only 3 people in there and it take a while. Reason i am rating so high. Is because i have no complaints about my nails. Polish is always fresh and they dont rush you when you want to stay a lilttle bit longer and ensure your nails are completely dry.

Terrible work. My normal nail tech wasn’t available so I searched for nail salons near me. Several things turned me off: 1. They had a sign that said you have to pay$10 to use the massage chair when getting a pedicure(see pic) how tacky! 2.Then the nail tech did a HORRIBLE job with my nails. The acrylic is sloppy, and bulky. I was rushing for travel so I didn’t realize how bad it was. 3. There was a “no bathroom” sign. You can take my money, but I can’t use your bathroom. I will NEVER return.

After waiting 15 minutes to get a pedicure, they took someone else who walked in that wanted a gel manicure and a pedicure. I walked out. Why would you take someone else first (that didn’t have an appointment) before the other people sitting there?

I have been wanting to get my lashes done for a great price, but also quality work. I read the reviews and decided to give this place a try. Kathy does an amazing job! You need to make sure you make an appointment, she is super popular! Wonderful lash tech overall and highly recommended.

My daughter has been coming here from birth. I get the best pedicure ever from ceecee. Kathy did my nails and eyelashes and they were simply amazing Great price compared to all the places I have been. Got lots of compliments. My daughters nails are always a work of true professional art. There was one girl working there. She left she was rude. Thank god. U want to look and feel good go to infinity
