I called this location to set an appointment to add layers to my vary flat hair, At first Katie, the woman to answer the phone was able to book me for a hair cut with her, Moments after she reached out and let me know she over booked and had to set me up with a different stylist, Sam. Once I arrived to my appointment the original stylist, Katie, said she was able to help me. That was my first red flag. Katie is nice but very new and also was I, due to not getting my hair cut very often and trying to understand the process. I showed her a picture of the layers I wanted. Once done with the layers I asked her to add a little bang to my face because I liked hers. I did asked to try not to frame my face with doing that. Once she finished I told her I would have to go home and wash and straighten it to feel it out because I already didn’t feel much of a change with the haircut, she let me know to reach out if I needed her to correct anything. The haircut was very unnoticeable of the layers and the bangs were very uneven. It wasn’t to my standards and vary unnoticeable. I reached out to Katie and asked if I could come back but have a new stylist fix my hair. She booked me a appointment with a new stylist, Brynn. Turns out, that at this location if you want your hair corrected by someone else or a senior stylist they have to charge you for a full price for a “new hair cut” because each one is independent unless you return to the original stylist. I did not want that, seems a little unfair. Brynn was vary firm and made it seem it was all in my head and wasn’t understanding at all. It mainly seemed she was upset to have to clean up someone else haircut. She explained all she could do was even my bangs out and I had to returned to Katie for the rest or pay full price for extra layers added in. She be little’d me and because I’m new at this, I just took it. It was hard and I feel used because paid for almost nothing. I’m not asking for a freebie, I only want this to be known.

Cruz is a very talented Barber, I Highly recommend him. He shared a lot of info about my hair and the best products to use for my specific hair type. All of the staff in the barber shop are very friendly i cant recommend them enough. 10/10 Haircut

I just got a beard shave with Cruz. I was a little nervous at first since it was the first time I’ve ever gotten a shave. But it was a great experience I would highly recommend Cruz he can book schedule around your schedule he was awesome!!!

She keeps your hair healthy always has great suggestions and she is honest. I always leave her chair feeling I have the most beautiful silky smooth hair. I found Shaina in 2017 when I moved there. She is awesome! Her customer service alone is amazing but hair wise, she delivers!!!
