Doing this review for my daughter. If I could give negative stars I would. She went there Saturday the color she showed her was completely different than what she got. That so called hairdresser should never of charged her or let her leave like that. If I was there she wouldn’t of paid almost 200.00. I showed my hairdresser and 3 others pictures they were appalled. She fried my daughter hair looked like she took a lighter to her ends. Now she has to get cut off. I had to spend 50.00 on this one product for her from my salon to use before they can even touch her hair. It’s that bad.she was literally in tears and now afraid of going to another salon. She needs to be refunded because now she will have to pay someone else who is qualified to fix that mess she made. All the hairdresser’s I showed said same thing. These pictures dont show how bad the ends actually are. There is like 3 colors. Way to dark and blotchy. Figured if I can save people dont go there. They will mess up your hair wont refund you. Hopefully since I have over million views since I became local guide I can save people from this Same heartache. And they never offered her money back over 200.00 and her hair was destroyed. My hairdresser and all the owner at my salons I go to even said she should NOT of had to pay. Cost her a fortune more to attempt to fix what they did to her hair. Bad business on their end making her pay. Anyone could just look at her hair and see it was destroyed. Still not 100% only way to fix what they did would of been shave her head. It was horrible. She went based on the reviews of others. So goes to show ya that those are probably from people who are probably friends or gone to one person for long time. Not once did this salon offer to give her that money back…bad service all around.

I am in love with my new hair! Jess took the time to listen to what I wanted and it shows. For anyone looking to color their hair I would recommend Jess!! The salon has a family atmosphere and they do phenomenal work. This is the only place I will go. All of the stylists are super friendly and treat you like family. I absolutely love it here and want everyone else to experience what I do everytime I am here.

I had cut my own bangs and being an amateur found that my hair wasn’t falling the way I thought felt and looked good. I did some research on salons in the area and came across this place which was highly recommended by others. I gave them a call and told them exactly what I needed help with. Seeing that I am in my thirties I felt semi-embarrassed about the situation. The women there were very friendly and non-judgmental. I had such a great experience with Carolee. I felt like she was an old friend the way we joked and laughed. She made my hair feel thicker, softer, as well as look simply amazing! I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

My in-laws have been coming here for 20 years. Even though they live almost 2hrs away, they STILL come back to get their haircuts and dye jobs at this salon. Are they crazy? Maybe. But only if you think recognizing good people, who do good work, at a good price is crazy.
