Tatiana and her staff are absolutely the best, they made me feel so welcome. I was there for lip filler and I will say they numb really well and there is zero pain involved. Tatiana was giving a course for fillers and she guided her nurse students so well, she’s very patient and knowledgeable. The before and after is incredible and could not have asked for a better service, I am beyond happy with my results and will continue my visits to keep up with the lovely look she gave me.

I can’t say enough good things about the entire staff at New Image Works and I’ve seen different people for various things. From the moment you walk through the door you are treated with smiles and friendly energy. Kai runs a tight ship and makes sure of this!! I see Taylor for all my laser (Moxi , BBL & laser hair removal) treatments. She is meticulous in her work! I couldn’t be more happy with all my results! I’m almost 50 and feel with being consistent in my regimen I look 10yrs younger! Good genes will only take you so far! I also see Tiffany for Botox and Filler. Again she really takes the time to give me exactly what I need to keep me looking natural and youthful. She is an artist and trust I her implicitly!!! I have also seen Ken for cool sculpting and laser and he’s fabulous! Bottom line this place is THE BEST hands down!!!! It’s in a great location and parking is easy to find. They are super competitive in their pricing running monthly specials. All I have to say is RUN don’t walk to New Image Works if you want to feel your best self! :))

I went for my first ever lip filler appointment here at New Image Works and cannot suggest them enough to any and all but *especially* those newbies who feel nervous/cautious/anxious about going. I know it may feel daunting going in for your first go and wondering how people will treat you or worried about feeling uncomfortable but i can assure you none of which will happen if you visit here in old town! I felt very welcomed by the front desk which I think is very important, right off the bat they were friendly and warm and welcoming which made me feel all the more confident. I saw Karissa who engaged in coversarion-made sure i knew exactly what I was doing, gave me time for questions, all of which allowed me to feel completely comfortable in her hands. I will definitely be back!

Iam so obsessed with this place! Tatiana (the owner) is literally the sweetest and she has the best employees! My lips were botched (that’s what I get for going to a different salon) and Karissa fixed them and made them look even better! She’s the best at what she does. I was 1000% recommend this place to anyone not only for lip filler but other treatments as well

Tiffany is great! Her placement of Botox truly is amazing on my forehead. I wouldn’t trust anyone else besides her she’s completely honest and will let you know what looks best. She’s extremely professional and a great listener to what you’re looking for in your service. Highly recommended.

I had a really bad experience with cheek filler here. I do think the placement of the filler was not great and was injected uneven. A big waste of $1,400. I reached out with concerns and was advised to wait 2 weeks but nobody has checked in with me. It’s been 2 weeks and I ended up getting dissolver elsewhere because my results were not great after the 2 week mark. These are my results before dissolving.
