I am super frustrated! I have always used New Image for tanning any time I come back to Bismarck to visit family. I like that they are open later(till 9pm) so that I can go tanning after I’ve put my kids to bed. I’ve always been told by the owner that last appointments are at 8:30pm. Tonight I got there at 8:28pm and was told by the young girl working that they were closed. She told me they take their last appointments from 8-8:30pm. When I told her I’ve always been told its 8:30pm and then showed her the time on my phone to be 8:28pm, she just shrugged her shoulders and didn’t really have much to say. Why advertise that you close at 9pm and say last appointments by 8:30pm but then when someone shows up a couple minutes before 8:30 they are told sorry we’re closed. I’m super irritated with the whole situation!

This place has great deals! Amazing beds!! By far the cheapest in the area! There’s always the same guy working who remembers you. Much more small buissness feel. Plus they are opened later than any others. As a nurse I work 12 hour shifts from 6-6 so this is like the only place that has hours that work for me.

I don’t think there are a lot of options for tanning in Bismarck. Here you buy a lotion and get tanning for free…saves on the tanning tax! I rarely have had to wait to get in to tan and he is open 7 days a week! Bulbs are good and I have always gotten a great tan.

Friendly staff clean. Beds are a bit outdated no face pannels in the beds. Their current sale buy a lotion get a months tanning free is not really a sale. A monthly package is $54 and the tanning lotion I received is $20 off the hempz website. He had the lotion listed at $75. So one months tanning plus the lotion is the same price lol
