I had my hair done on Friday by Taylor. She was very nice and did a really good job. I have gotten many compliments on the color of my hair! Taylor told me that they guarantee their work so if anyone had complaints, they could always go back and have it fixed. I will definitely be coming back to her when my color starts to grow out. Unrelated, they have great coffee lol!!

This is a great salon with talented people. Lissa, the owner, cuts my hair and now I’ve even convinced my mom to go to her. It’s a bit of a drive for us, but totally worth it. Everyone there seems really nice and make you feel welcome. Being in a wheelchair, I’m hesitant about where I go, but they are very accommodating.

The owner of this salon has been doing my hair since 93. She has also been doing both my daughter’s hair since they were born. They are now 20 and 10. I highly recommend her to everyone I know that is looking for a new stylist. Myself and my daughters will not go anywhere else to get our hair done. If I could I would give the new image salon of Stow and the owner a 100+ Stars! ❤

I don’t trust just anyone with my curly hair. Taylor came to the Mississippi Gulf Coast, and I just knew I had to get my hair cut by her. She was professional and represented her home salon in a great manner. She was polite and listened to what I wanted. She went above and beyond my expectations. Just by how she acted and how professional she is, I can only assume the entire staff at New Image behaves the same way.

All of these negative reviews are BS! I have lived in this area all my life and am very familiar with all the employees and owner of this salon. Yes there was some FB drama surrounding ONE employee and that had been dealt with. Many of the people reviewing the salon have never stepped foot inside it nor do they even live in the same state. I have been going here for years and have never had a problem with Taylor or anyone else for that matter. Please don’t let all these haters ruin such a great establishment.
