The entire time I was in the chair the stylist kept repeating over and over how bad condition my hair was in and overall made me feel bad for trying to fix it. Then, she tacked on an extra $20 to what I was quoted twice (once on the phone and once prior to my haircut) even though nothing was added or changed since the quote. The layers were choppy and not blended well and I still had dead ends leaving my appointment

Corinne and the entire shop are professional, courteous, friendly and welcoming to everyone who walks thru those doors. I also recommended it to a friend and couple co- workers and maybe more because i always get compliments from friends & people i dont know and ask where I get my haircut?. She is so down to earth and friendly that I look forward to my haircut for both the time I can chat with her AND the great work she does! I finally took her advice on changing my style a few years back and now I can’t imagine why I resisted. She’s fantastic and the rest of the stylists there are incredibly friendly too. I’ve been going to New Image for years! It’s a really pleasant experience. All the personnel are very upbeat and helpful. The owner, Bob, is extremely cheerful and loves his job. It shows! The backround music is always easy going, and you might even catch Bob trying out his vocals to a few of the songs while he’s cutting hair. The haircuts are always perfect, and exactly as requested… I would highly recommend this hair salon with a personal touch to anyone looking for a great hair cut !
