Critical: QualityHonestly dissatisfied doesn’t even describe it. I came in on the 21st and got a fill and a pedicure and I paid $85 and tipped. Barley if even 48 hours later a nail pops off so I called and asked if I could get it fixed. I expected it to be busy when I called around the time they opened and they told me to come in around 5 or 6. When I came in it was completely dead. The woman who fixed my nail couldn’t even be bothered to compare the length or shape. Did I say anything while I was there? No, because she know what should have been done to fix a nail and OBVIOUSLY didn’t care. They were doing nothing when I came in and it was a bother to even find a nail color close. She told me over a couple of days the colors change. That may be true but not in two days. I have had nails fixed after a week and the color match perfectly.. I was a client for over a year & half coming in every 2 weeks approximately. My nails got thin & weak we cut them off then put acrylic nails on. Roughly 6 weeks later my acrylics were able to come off when I asked the guy to take them off he laughed and ended up grinding under the acrylics damaging my real nails that had grown almost as long as the acrylics… While there he cut my skin around my nails to the point of bleeding! He finished my nails & when I got out I noticed how thick they appeared and the “hook” on the side of my nail which snagged on everything. The fill was done a Sunday and by Friday they looked so grown out and again were thick & snagging on everything. Luckily, I didn’t break one. I messaged the owner and they did not seem concerned told me they didn’t look bad and would last a couple weeks. Did not seem concerned that I wasn’t happy with them. I ended up soaking them off myself & it took over 2 hours. My nails are weak, damaged, peeling and overall in bad shape. I will not go back especially since a couple days after the nail issue my pedicure (shellac) started breaking my toenails! 0/10 recommend.

The sign said they closed at five but I got there at 4:15 and they already said they were closed. Have used them in the past and I’ve always been pleased with the service but I think they should correct their hours if they’re not actually going to stay open until the time they have posted. Disappointed customer!

I have to be honest and say I have only been to a nail place once and Honey Nails was my second so I don’t consider myself pro enough to understand what really good nails are or proper procedures. So take my opinion as you like- first off The shop was okay could be a little neater, it took me a minute to understand what the lady was saying and on top of that she had her mouth mask on and I admit that’s my fault sometimes I’m a little deaf but you can clearly see she was annoyed and started ranting in her own language to other employees. Like they look at you and then laugh. Okay whatever rude. The lady who attended me then was a lot nicer but she did the job kinda in a hurry and I thought it looked alright but you can see how some parts on my nails were lumpier. They started to chip off and get loose after a week.

I used to be a loyal customer. But after 4 or more bad experiences, I stopped going here regularly about a year ago. For example, nail art that looks like a 5 year old did it or nails that are completely crooked to the point that I have to file it down and fix it myself once I leave. But every now and again I’ll give them another shot and I really shouldn’t.
