Critical: ProfessionalismUPDATE: I used to be really fond of this place and a loyal customer, but today I was disappointed with their customer service. I’ve been coming since 2021 and accruing those promo cards where it promises that after 4 manicures you get 10% off the next one OR a free French mani. I opted for a free French mani but was told at checkout that they don’t do free services anymore…when it was specified right there on the card that they DO. Whether or not a business wants to continue offering a promo like that is totally up to them, but if a customer is already redeeming a promo in writing then it’s unfair to deny them that promo.My review 9 months ago: I love this place! The last salon I went to left me with a chipped gel manicure after only 2 weeks. This place does it great because my nails last longer and the coating stays shiny and new for longer. Also they have a really nice ambiance and the manicurists are all friendly. I’ve been coming since 2021 and accruing those promo cards where it promises that after 4 manicures you get 10% off the next one OR a free French mani. If i can give zero start I would. I show a picture and color of what I want and I got something totally different. I continue saying no and my pedicure doesn’t even match with my hands color. then spend more than 30 minutes trying to do a design. I was for acrilic they go for the dip and the nail doesn’t even look nice.

Everyone in there is SO sweet and accommodating! I was just in here today to have a big bridal party get their toes and nails done. The sweet ladies made sure everyone was happy, and even got us crab cake sandwiches to eat. HIGHLY RECOMMEND going here! They go above and beyond, and my nails come out perfect every single time.
