I was in the area and need to get my nails done, after searching on google and decided to try this place to get my dip powder done. I really love how my nails turn out, it was perfect and just how i wanted it without having to tell her what to do.I will come back!!! Dip powder

Walking in there was no warm greetings, kind of felt like my presence wasn’t wanted. Then they ask what i want done to my nails in kind of a rude manner. Then when i picked a color she said if i was done and starts throwing everything back in its spot. Works on my nails and was pretty aggressive with her actions even burned one of my fingertips from the rough filing and i said she burned them and she said “well nail too short”! (No duh you’re not helping and that’s not a reason to be rough on my finger..) and i got dip done and didn’t use a gel top coat and not many layers of dip so came out pretty transparent. Additionally there was a roach that visiting the card machine as i was trying to pay. $50 for the dip and eyebrows waxed which i guess is a fair price but not great quality and horrible service.

Someone tell me why I go in for a fill in and walk out looking like I still need one done -_- the gel polish color also looks lumpy. Didnt reshape the nails nicely.

It was empty when I walked in, and I asked about pricing because it was not posted on the wall or a menu. $25 for acrylic refill and $20 for a mani. The lady didn’t want to interact so I walked out. Unfriendly attitude.

I’ve never been to this place before but I came here for the first time on a Monday at around 3 or 4pm. One of my friends recommended Kelly and I’ve been trying to find a nail salon who does dip it powder because I am allergic to gel polish and acrylic nails. Kelly is so fast and i LOVE her work. I am so picky and I didn’t have to say anything to her, she did everything perfectly. I was greeted and told to wait and pick my color and Kelly will be with me in a moment. I never experienced anyone being rude ever. People who complain about customer service are too sensitive, just shut up, and wait to do your nails. That’s what I did, and I love my nails. I will be coming every 2 or 3 weeks! Oh and I got dip it powder with extensions and they are almond shaped and they are medium length. I paid $43, thank you Kelly!

Kelly does a pretty good job on my nail…. but she’s extremely rude. Wont be going back. Shes good but I’m sure shes not the best. Her attitude stinks. She acts like she’s doing someone a favor. If I’m spending my money. At least have the courtesy to be polite. She acts like youre bothering her I’d you’re asking her a question. She needs to be trained in customer service. Now I understand why the damn place stay empty.

Went in on Sunday around 130. They had a great selection of colors and gel polishes. The lady who attended me was so nice. I had 3 kids with me and they are for sure kid friendly. The utensils that they used were clean and I noticed that they line the pedicure centers with a clear wrap to make sure nobody is getting dirty water or left over dirt. I really like the pace that they have at the salon. I waited a bit but not that much. The place is well kept, clean and very quiet. It was my first time but my nails came out so great that I will come back.
