I always have a great experience with this welcoming hometown nail salon. Go down and have a chat with my favorite nail technician Tracey. The rest of the staff is great also. Try to call and make an appointment though. This is the best place in town.

Awful experience. This place chooses to be right instead of run a customer oriented business. See for yourself- the nail polish had gone bad and was brown and they said it was the color I picked… so they put a darker color on top for me sloshed on top coat and called it a day. The poor lady next to me was there for an hour before I was and her acrylics weren’t done when I left… never again.

I am so unbelievably heartbroken. When I called and asked to make sure if the gentleman had enough time and he told me yes to come in. That was a hour and a half before they closed. The whole entire time he was rushing but I sat there for almost 2 hours. I showed him a picture and these look nothing like the picture. although I only paid $45 these are not even worth a cent. I left the salon literally in tears. please next time if you can’t do the design or you don’t have enough time let the customer now. I now have to let these sit on my fingers long enough until they don’t hurt enough for me to rip them off. i’ve never left a bad review on anything before but I’m just so upset over my experience at this salon.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityHorrible experience at this place. I called to ask if it was okay time to come in for a refill. Tracy answered and said yes come now. I went there and waited close to 2 hours. I wish I was told I was going to wait this long. After waiting two hours Tracy tells me to go sit at this younger girl (with glasses) station. I watched this girl put paper thin acrylic to refill my nail. I asked the girl if this was going to last as I know it wasn’t enough. She assured me yes. TWO days later…. 3 of my nails lifted at the base of where the thin acrylic was applied. Huge inconvenience on their part I go in there upset . I told them to redo all my nails. I got attitudes and Tracy assured me I didn’t need all my nails redone . Just the ones that were lifting . It made absolutely no sense ! As I was already there I asked for a color change since the initial time I got the matte color and I noticed they were getting dirty easily. They had an attitude when I asked for a color change and charged me $10. Even though THEY screwed my nails up the first time and inconvenienced me I still was charged. It is now a week and a couple days and my nails are lifting once again. One is even on the verge of coming off.I WILL NEVER step foot in there again! They also do not clean anything or have anyone wash their hands. I chose this salon because it had he best reviews in the area. I’ve gone here 3 times for dip with different techs each time. The first time was with Tracy’s husband, who was friendly but did a terrible job – making my nails super thick/ugly. I was there for 1.5 hours and had to get going so I just accepted and left. After ONE day, my nails started lifting and 2 nails popped off! I went back and requested Tracy redo them since she is the one the reviews rave about. It’s true, she was very friendly and did an excellent job, preserving my natural nails and making the dip look natural/not thick as well. I went back 2 weeks later to get them redone but Tracy wasn’t available, so I risked going with another tech. As he was buffing with the small drill, he wasn’t paying attention and burnt right through my natural nail. It hurt and he was rude about it. I got up and left. If you go here, only let Tracy do your nails! A salon should be known for general quality, not just one tech.
