They are unprofessional. They booked wrong service for me and got bad damage on my skin. First time I was there, they booked for me the wrong service. Until I laid on bed and they told the machine for diamond glow was using. They said sorry and rescheduled for me. However I wasted my time at whole morning. The second time, they got the right diamond glow service for me. Even though I told the provider my skin was sensitive, they said nothing about how to take care of the skin after diamond glow service and just let me go. On the second day, I woke up and found my face was swelling, pink and a little burned. I had no idea what was going on and thought it might just normal reaction and it would get better soon. Unfortunately, it got even worse. The following two days my face was swelling, pink, rashed, burned, hurt and even itchy. It was too late when I knew something was wrong. I contacted with them, they replied me in a nice way, told me what I shouldn’t do after service and what I should now to make the skin healing, which were the instructions they should tell me right after the service! Most of the time, they tried to tell me it was just normal, just need more time to let skin healing by itself. If this is normal, why no one tell me before or even after the service. It has been a week, my face still hurts, rashed, felt uneven when I touch it. It is their responsibility to tell customers what might happen and what should customers do if something bad happens! They did it such unprofessionally. Leave me in anxious and pain for days.

Recently found this place and have gone in for two facials with Lupe. I have been dealing with some acne breakouts and needed a new estetician. I am so glad I found Lupe, after the first facial and using the products she recommended I saw a huge difference in my skin within the first week. She’s so nice and professional that I don’t want her to get too overbooked, but seriously, if you’re struggling with acne do yourself a favor and make an appointment with Lupe. Lupe goes above and beyond for her patients. She personally called me after my first facial because I was dealing with a bit of dryness. Lupe is a rockstar!!

With no disrespect to any other business I’ve been to a lot of spas but this was the top one with service Also the top spa that makes you feel like you are welcome they work hard to give you what you want…. Also I wanna thank Sarah for making my day a very good day for giving me the look I’ve been looking forward with my eyebrows… I always felt I have very bad eyebrows and have to cover it with make up today for the first time I fell in love with my eyebrows after she did my Microblading very professional work… very sweet friendly person thank you so much for everything…..
