Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueOkay so I’m all honesty I wasn’t going to leave a review since this was months ago but I haven’t been able to get it off my mind so I contacted new image salon with a request to get my mother in law and my hair done I sent the reference picture and said I wanted that green instead of the blue because I thought it would look cool I also included images of what our hair turned out as I didn’t like it but I already payed and everything so I just left it as is the way ugly hair coloring wasn’t the big issue for me because it happens however I went every week or so to get my hair washed at said salon Irma did my hair and Irma was the one who washed my hair I knew they used Monat and was fine with it it smelled good and they said it would help my hair to look and feel amazing I had very thick hair but was interested in it being shiny and soft because I was getting my hair washed there I never fully felt it I hadn’t noticed that I lost most of my hair until my mom said something I decided that I would wash my hair at home so in my mind that was the best way to tell if I had actually lost hair not only did I lose hair but I had fully bald spots I had posted on Facebook about it I had not mentioned names or the salon I got my hair done at I was just asking for help because you always risk hair loss when using new products however what I had been told was ridiculous I had found that monat had many many lawsuits and had caused a lot of women the same issues as me I was told by an employee at the salon that it was just monat process however I was never told about this process before the product was used on my hair so instead of the salon even trying to fix the problem they basically said it was my problem and to screw off instead of trying to resolve the issue I was removed/blocked by Irma and the employee who told me it was monat process I had an overall terrible experience and I’m still missing over 3/4 of the hair I use to have I’ve been working to get it back but it’s almost impossible and a lot of people who had the same experience with monat just shaved their heads I just did this as a beware post but the whole thing still upsets me if you love and care about your hair please please beware (I copy and pasted from the review I left on Facebook)Services: Hairstyling, HaircutOkay so I’m all honesty I wasn’t going to leave a review since this was months ago but I haven’t been able to get it off my mind so I contacted new image salon with a request to get my mother in law and my hair done I sent the reference …More
