Staff was nice but I will not be back here. I was supposed to have a 60 minute Swedish massage… that ended after 45. The first 15 minutes was basically just my head being held up, while lying on my back. I was left with a wet towel on my back in a cold room. Most of the time, I was being massaged with one hand. This was definitely not worth $75. Would not recommend this place for a massage to anyone.

Had a Brazilian wax with Sara. Those are never fun but she was very professional and made me feel comfortable. I’ve had some really bad experiences with waxing at other spas but this was by far the best! Definitely going back to see her! Highly recommend her if it’s your first time or just looking to try someplace new.

Was given a gift certificate for New Image. Unfortunately they don’t do nails anymore, but they have excellent service with everything else and a great staff! Alaina is a great team member and went out of her way to be helpful. Unfortunately we have moved out of state so I won’t be back, but I definitely recommend them!

I have been to many spas over the years for facial and body treatments and have to rate this spa a 5 star, based on the quality and variety of services, prices, and overall atmosphere. The owner is always looking for ways to improve her business and obviously cares, by the way she maintains the place and is always adding new services. I have had different services from staff here and have always had a great experience. The spa is spacious, yet somewhat cozy with the warm decor and nice ambiance. There is no need to travel out of Kenosha or Racine to some other spa, when we have this beautiful gem somewhat hidden in Racine, across from Regency Mall! They offer everything from facials and massages, manicures and pedicures to other face and body treatments such as microdermabrasion and laser treatments for hair removal and photo facials. It is an outstanding place that I would recommend to anyone looking for a great spa experience, likes to be pampered, and who wants to look and feel great!

Was treated poorly. Appointment was scheduled for 1:30. and I wasn’t seen until almost 2 pm. My massage was cut short, but I was still charged full price. The woman had an aggressive touch and didn’t change her approach when I asked her to go easy on my back. If you’re someone who has muscle pain, I would suggest going somewhere more sensitive to individual needs. If you’re someone who has a busy schedule, also go somewhere else because they are slow and poorly managed here.
