Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityFirst time visiting this salon and was impressed from the time I walked in the door! One of the hairstylists immediately greeted me and offered me a beverage while I waited since I came in early for my appointment. I have straight, moderately thick, light brown hair that hits the middle of my back and came in for a trim and color with balayage highlights. The entire salon is very nicely decorated and everything looks new and exceptionally clean! I like how they have different sections for different services they offer like the”color bar” and then the shampoo area but still manage to keep everything feeling open and connected. The stylist i had was very sweet and knowledgeable and informed me of everything she was doing through the whole process and I felt very comfortable with her working on my hair. First time visiting this salon and was impressed from the time I walked in the door! One of the hairstylists immediately greeted me and offered me a beverage while I waited since I came in early for my appointment. Critical: Quality, ValueI went to New Image today to get my bangs trimmed and wanted a few pieces framing my face. She totally ruined my hair! She cut heavy choppy layers on top and thinned the sides so much that my hair is visibly uneven. She then proceeded to “style” it. My son is getting married tomorrow and now I am going to have to be creative just to look normal. I went to New Image today to get my bangs trimmed and wanted a few pieces framing my face. She totally ruined my hair! She cut heavy choppy layers on top and thinned the sides so much that my hair is visibly uneven. She then proceeded to “style” it.
