Critical: Professionalism, QualityThis place is awful. This was totally not what I wanted I told her to curl my whole hair but she just curled like 4 strands of my hair and besides that she burnt my hair with the straightener. My ends where really split. She charged me 50 dollars for this. Super unprofessional. The other hair stylist didn’t even sweep the hair of the other client before sitting the other client down. This place is awful. This was totally not what I wanted I told her to curl my whole hair but she just curled like 4 strands of my hair and besides that she burnt my hair with the straightener. I have been taking my son to New Image hair salon, for 4 years already, and I couldn’t be happier. Areli is the lady who usually cuts my sons hair and she is very proffecional and respectful. He is super picky but ever since we started going to New Image, he has no complaints.
