They do not listen to their clients. they completely damaged my nails to the point that i have to regrow them and it is not a very sanitary place.

Wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody to have their nails done. I arrived 5 minutes early and was told to have a seat at her table. For the first 10 minutes she was on her phone texting. She then ask what I wanted done. I replied I needed a new set .She proceeded to drill the old polish and acrylic off. She then asked what color I wanted. She never even started to put a new set of nails on. I told her I wanted a bright coral for summer. One of her co workers brought over a couple of colors. When she finished fling she proceeded to start painting my nails with one of them. It was no where near what I wanted and i told her. She stopped and started looking thru all the bottles for a different color. After finding the right one she just started painting again over the top of the other polish. It had glitter in it so my nails have lumps of glitter under the other polish. The polish is really thin. You can see streaks in the polish and I’ve had to clean my fingers where she left polish on the sides of my fingers. The tech wasn’t happy that I didn’t like the color they chose and got in a big hurry trying to finish me when she had 2 show up for appointments at the same time and just wanted me to get out of her chair. I will never go back to her.

Awful experience. I called to reserve a time to get my nails done and then she proceeded to make me wait for 40 minutes after my appointment time(would’ve waited another 20 minutes if I didn’t speak up) with people that didn’t have an appointment. I was told it would be about 15 mins when I first got there and that’s why I decided to stay and wait. Had my acrylic nails removed and it doesn’t even seem like she removed them completely and then did the worst manicure. My nails are uneven and the nail polish wasn’t spread evenly and looks awful.

Good people. They have been taking care of my mother and other people in the family for many years. They are always courteous and helpful. My mother has some physical problems and they are always extremely good at taking the time needed to get her hair looking good every time she visits.. Even when my mother is out of sorts she always enjoys going to visit Wanda.

Took my granddaughter in on a Saturday for this is simple nail polish ((she’s only four but I wanted her to feel special)) Although there were two people working(that I could tell, although several people just “there”..one was in the middle of a client cut and one just finished a client style.. unfortunately neither of them “had time” or the “ability” to spare 5mins to paint nails…I find myself UNAVAILABLE to visit their salon for ANY future services..which is sad because I live less than a mile away and its tanning season…

I always visit Mandy at New Image Hair Salon when I come from Michigan to visit family. She is an awesome hair stylist and the environment in the salon is so welcoming and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this salon!!
