I started my journey with new image around Feb of this yr (2022). Theu my searching around the area to find a place to have a hair peace done, they provided me the best answer and overall made me feel very comfortable. When I finally pulled the trigger in March and we ordered my hair it took much longer then I expected but these days that kinda become the norm with everything. I had my first peace put on in June and wow has it been a life changer. The confidence and just complements I have gotten have been great. I have had some growing pains with it but they have been there every step of the way to help me and keep me calm when I freak out about something. I definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for one. They have made this process easy and very comfortable.

Excellent management and staff. If my stylist Sal isn’t there, Bonnie and Stephanie have taken care of and we’re excellent. Receptionist Bev, always is very helpful and schedules me effectively. I went to New Image several years ago. They sold me a hair integration system (which wasn’t fully explained to me). I don’t want to pull my already fragile hair through a net. It was very expensive. When it arrived, it was hideous. It was supposed to match my hair color and texture, which it didn’t. It was really thick and since my hair is thin and fine, that would be a very drastic change and not natural. I put it on my head recently when I was cleaning out a closet. Couldn’t believe how ugly it was. When I went to pick it up, she wanted to cut the hair system while on my head. I was okay with that as long as I could tuck my hair under, so my current haircut wouldn’t be inadvertently cut into. She wouldn’t allow that, and got ticked off, and left the room, and 45 minutes later she hadn’t returned. I guess the young girl with an large attitude just decided she wasn’t going to deal with me. I decided to just leave. I called to complain about the treatment – they finally agreed to give me a small amount of money off the hair system. That really didn’t satisfy me. I have a very expensive hair system that doesn’t match my color or texture, that has never been cut in, and the only thing I can think to use it as is a dust rag. I suggest you not walk but run as fast as you can away from this place because as soon as they get your money, they don’t care about you or your hair one bit. They certainly could use some courses on how to treat a customer.

I have been coming to New Image Hair and have been doing cool laser hair therapy for a little over 3 years. Had very thinning hair, tiny bald patches, and my part was spreading. I didn’t know what to do and tried the traditional routes, topical treatments, PCP, endocrinologist, dermatologist, over an 8 month period and no one could help me as they couldn’t find anything medically wrong. This started to occur I believe due to hormone changes we women have as we approach 50. I am in the public eye as I play piano for private parties, fill in with bands, and I’m a piano teacher so my looks are very important to me, plus I have very long hair almost waist length so this was devastating. I went to New Image Hair and was leery as it sounded too easy . After only 2 treatments I could already see little dots forming in the follicles where I lost hair. Within 1 month I had a 1/2 inch of growth in the balding areas and my part was also starting to fill in. By the end of my 6 month course of treatments I grew back all the lost hair in the crown and part areas plus other areas of my scalp that I didn’t know were thin the hair started to get thicker. I truly could have elected to stop treatment at this point since my hair was doing so well. However, I decided to go on a maintenance plan that is so inexpensive and affordable that I decided to just continue with it 2 times a month. You can never have too much hair and actually my hair was still getting thicker, New Image actually underestimated the improvement they said 60% to 70% which still would have been terrific, I honestly grew back 120% of any the thinning/balding areas. The first thing people say now is you have such “Gorgeous Hair”. My hair is thicker and healthier than its ever been in my life. I think a lot of people do not know about cool laser hair therapy is available or they would also be taking advantage of this wonderful 20 minute non-invasive treatment. The staff is wonderful and very accommodating, and I tell everyone about it. One of my piano students Grandmother is actually undergoing this. I highly recommend this and New Image to anyone with thinning hair or hair loss. Thank you Brad, Cookie, and the entire staff for always being so nice and providing such great service. I payed thousands for hair transplants. Had two procedures done. Was told it went well and I would have nice growth on top. All I have to show for my hard earned money is no hair and a huge scar on the back of my head! Great job liars!! I would rate them a negative 10! Thanks for nothing Dr gianotto .

My brother tried to get some hair work done here and his experience was ENTIRELY NEGATIVE. He was EXTREMELY UNHAPPY with the result. He basically ended up paying thousands of dollars for nothing. Save your money and AVOID NEW IMAGE.
