The women who do the nails and pedicures are lovely and so is the woman who greets you. HOwever, part of the process is to get a free massage when you are drying your nails. I went on a Sunday…very few customers and no one came to give me the free massage…one of my favorite aspects of getting a manicure/pedicure. So I told the woman who seemed to be in charge, that I’d like a massage while I am drying my nails. Something I have never had to do before and it made me uncomfortable that I had to ask. Finally someone came over…this person did my message for not more than a minute..maybe less…it was done so begrudgingly and it was done for just a shockingly short time as if they were mad at me for asking. So I think it is quite rude to treat a customer like that and I would never return.
