I was put in a bed that had 5 bulbs burned out. Since I was already lotioned and had started my session, before noticing, I decided I’d just ask for a credit for my next session. When I opened the top to flip half way through my session, the entire piece of plexiglass fell on me. I told the girl working. She apologized and said she’d credit my account so I wouldn’t be charged for my next visit. I asked her if she could have the manager call me but I never heard from anyone. I stopped back in a few days later and asked again to have the manager call me. That was 2 weeks ago. Apparently having a huge piece of plexiglass fall on a customer and a bunch of exposed bulbs isn’t of much importance.

This place is absolutely fantastic .. The staff there is very professional and very kind .they take their time explaining all different types of tanning options you have. they help you find what best fits you. They also have a red light bed that helps with all types of skin problem Such as eczema and rashes .it also helps with backpain and so much more.. I truly recommend this place they keep it very clean they are always sanitizing and if they don’t have a tanning lotion or product that you like ..they will refer you to somewhere that you can get it from.

Great place! Multiple tanning bed options and each month there is some kind of discount on sessions and or lotions. Staff is very friendly and most of them are very familiar with everything including products they sell.
