Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI read many good reviews on this place and that prompted me to go. I made an appointment for a 10:30 haircut the day before. I show up to the salon the following morning only to find out it is closed. I wait for nearly a half hour but no one shows up. Not even a courtesy call from the salon to tell me they are running late. I guess they think that some people are irrelevant and they don’t feel it is necessary to show courtesy. I left without a haircut. They may be good at doing hair according to the reviews, but their bad business sense needs work. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and wait for a call to reschedule, but 7 hours later no word from them.
