Customer service was great ..they get alittle scissor happy. My daughters hair is very bouncy and looks healthy. They got a deep conditioning, wash and style and trim. Down fall. Last night 2 hours after they got it done it started to get frizzy. Im annoyed because now i have to fix it. I paid $120 . so i expected it to last longer .
